Privacy & cookie policy
Last updated October 28, 2026. This page explains what data this website collects, why, and the choices you have.
Who is responsible
This website is operated by Joseph Ajibomode (Solo Marketing). Questions about your data: use the contact page or WhatsApp +1 (914) 473-5712 or email josephsolodiamond@gmail.com.
What I collect and why
- Contact and “build this for me” forms: your name, email, optional business name and message — used only to reply to your enquiry (legal basis: your request / legitimate interest).
- Website assistant: the chat runs in your browser; the conversation is kept in your browser’s session storage and cleared when you close the tab. If you ask it to pass on a request, it is sent the same way as the contact form or via WhatsApp.
- Voice AI: your microphone is used only while you choose to talk. Speech recognition is performed by your browser.
- Analytics: with your consent only, Google Analytics 4 measures anonymous usage (pages viewed, approximate location, device). No analytics cookies are set until you accept.
Third-party services
Booking uses Calendly, messaging can use WhatsApp, and hiring can happen through Upwork. Those services have their own privacy policies and only receive data when you choose to use them. Fonts and site files are served from this website — no font requests go to Google.
Cookies
Only strictly necessary storage is used by default (for example remembering your cookie choice). Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept” and can be withdrawn at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
How long data is kept
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any legal record-keeping requirements.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data-protection laws (including US states such as California), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. To make a request, use the contact page.
